About Summit Math Lab

Summit Math Lab was created by Shawn Martin, a high school mathematics teacher with more than 30 years of experience. His work has always focused on helping students learn how to learn. Content matters, but the way students think and study matters just as much. He brings this idea to every lesson. Every class. Every interaction.

Summit Math Lab grew from that belief. It began as a way to support students with clear and practical tools. It has expanded into a set of resources for students and teachers who want simple paths to stronger understanding. Each tool follows the same approach Shawn uses in the classroom. Simple steps. Steady progress. Real understanding.

The ACT Math Review program sits at the center of this mission. Shawn wanted something clear and supportive. He wanted something affordable. Something students could use on their own time. Summit Math Lab now offers this program along with other tools designed to build confidence and skill in a focused way.
